LP100-Louver PROCESSING

Our LP100 louver processing system can drill, staple and pin louvers with widths of 2 1/2 to 5 1/2 inches. It enhances productivity by rapidly attaching louvers to the tilt rod and has optional features, such as hidden tilt dust collection and an out-feed table.

What is the LP100 and how can it work for you?

Louver processing consists of multiple stages of louver manipulation, which include louver stapling, drilling the louver pin hole, pin insertion, and attaching louvers to the tilt rod. The LP100 combines all of these phases into one machine.
